Great Outdoors, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Somatic Systems Institute, Inc.

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 12, 2006 -- Great Outdoors, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GTDR) announced today that they have completed the acquisition of Somatic Systems Institute, Inc., which is the national resource center for the Total Somatics™ pain management solution.

Total Somatics™ is a technique which combats unnecessary muscular contraction and its associated pain, often resulting from traumatic injury or chronic stress. Total Somatics™ uses a series of movements (lasting as little as five minutes a day) that lengthen muscles back to their natural, relaxed state.
