Application to the Professional Training Program involves completing an application form that includes 2 simple personal statements.

There are a variety of options for submitting your application form:

Complete the application online (easiest and fastest for us to process)

Download the application or have it emailed to you, print it out, complete it on paper and mail or fax it to us

Call us to receive the application via fax-on-demand, complete it on paper and mail or fax it to us

Contact us by phone, web, email or mail to recieive the application by postal mail or email, complete it on paper and mail or fax it to us.

EARLY ADMISSION:

This application category provided you with prefered status, enabling qualified applicants to secure a position in the class of your choice before the regular round of application submissions.

REGULAR ADMISSION:

• Notification Mailed By................................April 1
• Application Fee: $25

LATE ADMISSION:

After Regular admissions deadlines, you may still apply and will receive the same treatment and review of your application. Notifications will be mailed within 2 months after we receive your application, depending on quantity of applications and proximity of the coming semester. We absolutely encourage you to submit your application, even if you have missed regular deadlines. Openings do occur unexpectedly, and application pools vary from year to year.

Application Fee: $35
