Our web store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We don't even let our web store off for holidays!

Our central store (including the central order department you call to make phone orders) is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time US, Monday through Friday. You can call us anytime for information or to order.

Hours at our other brick and mortar stores may vary, depending on the hours of operation of that location. For example, if a store is located in one of our clinics, it is likely open the same hours as the Clinic.

Please note that our fulfillment and shipping departments are open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time US, Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside of those hours (even those placed on the web) will not begin the shipping process until the next business day.
