Are you very intent on moving up to the OTCBB in 2008?

Yes, we intend to up-list to the OTC Bulletin Boards in 2008.

We believe the smartest strategy for building a strong public company from the Pink Sheets is to concentrate on stabilizing the fundamentals of both the public and operational sides of the company — to increase company value and stock value through both business growth and a steady progress toward higher stock exchanges. I assume you file financials so you can move to a higher exchange like the OTCBB?

We feel more comfortable and secure about building our company if we do so with ALL of our ducks in a row — building health in our clients or our company means all the pieces are taken care of and made strong, ethical, and successful. Is the company operating in the black yet?

No, but all the infrastructure and components of our business plan are in place. With the marketing plans and opportunities of the coming year (2008), we expect to increase capacity and volume sufficiently to operate in the black even at our current number of locations. What would it mean to your company to get VA approval? Are you working toward that goal?

There are at least 3 different forms of military approval, all of which we are working on obtaining:

(1) Approval as a service and provider, so military personnel and veterans could receive Somatics treatments by Somatic Systems, and the federal government would pay for it. We have already presented and even demonstrated Somatics on important military officers, who have indicated repeatedly and emphatically that they believe Somatics is a valuable treatment for personnel and veterans, and that approval is a realistic possibility for Somatic Systems. The 2 new books coming out &mdash; where would they be available? Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.?

These will not be vanity press books: They will be published nationally like any other book, and available at all major outlets — both online and brick-and-mortar, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Borders, etc. And of course, they will be available on our web site at somatics.org/shop. The TV program [about Somatics] that is coming soon on We TV & Travel Channel, will it air more than once?

[Full text of question:] The TV [program about Somatics and Somatic Systems] that is coming soon, on WE TV and the Travel Channel — will it air one time or run more than once?

We are told that it will run one time each on We TV and the Travel Channel (itís certainly possible it will run more, but the contracts only guarantee one time), and will be syndicated on 24 other stations nationwide.
