How Do I Do Somatics?

Somatics comes in two forms:

Hands-on Sessions are one-on-one sessions with a pracitioner, much like one might attend a physical therapy, massage, or chiropractic treatment.  Sessions are pain free, easy to do, and typically provide long-lasting benefits very quickly. Most clients with significant symptoms are best served getting at least a few sessions, as it is a very powerful and personalized way to assess and resolve acute or long-standing chronic conditions, pains, injuries, and movement disfunctions.  Click here to learn more about private sessions.

Self-Help Exercises are special movement routines that anyone can do without a pracitioner.  They are uniquely designed to replicate many of the benefits of the hands-on sessions.  They are easy and fun to do, and offer tremendous value, even when you do them on your own . Click here to learn more about doing exercises on your own or in group classes.
