Personal Training

While strength training can be a very important aspect of rehab or maintenance for people, it must always be built upon a muscular system that is free of maladaptive habits and patterns. When people attempt to strengthen seemingly weak muscles, they often magnify problems that were already there. After experiencing the freedom of movement and coordination that Somatics offers, you can be much more effective in the rest of your training and athletic pursuits.
